Aljan de Boer
Aljan de Boer is Head of Inspiration at TrendsActive, where he uses sociocultural trends to help organizations and leaders become more “human-proof” and unlock value through customer-centricity. He is celebrated as an inspiring and thought-provoking speaker, offering visionary perspectives on the key trends that will impact society and businesses in the years ahead. In addition, he leads the IRG100 CMO leadership program at the Institute for Real Growth, where he runs a global community of over 1000 CMOs and growth leaders.

Harald Emberger
Harald joined Reckitt as Chief Supply Officer in July 2024 and is responsible for Reckitt’s end-to-end supply chain operations, Procurement, H&S and Sustainability. Harald is a seasoned supply executive who has led multiple large-scale supply chain transformation efforts. He brings many years of supply chain leadership across all regions of the globe and has held senior leadership roles at Beiersdorf AG, Unilever, and Mars.

Ilaria Maselli
Ilaria Maselli leads the Macro and Market Insights team at Maersk, a group of experts responsible for monitoring developments in the external environment and providing both short- and long-term outlooks on global trade and logistics. Before joining Maersk in 2022, Maselli was a Senior Economist at The Conference Board, where she contributed to the organisation’s global economic outlook and led the C-Suite Challenge survey. Maselli spent a significant part of her career in Brussels, working at the intersection of economics, policy, and politics. She began her professional journey at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), one of Europe’s leading think tanks, and became a recognised voice in economic policy debates. Beyond her professional commitments, Maselli has been active in civic and political life. From 2017 to 2022, she served as the Chair of the Italian Democratic Party’s chapter in Brussels, leading community initiatives and representing Italian expatriates. She also spearheaded an international civil society campaign encouraging expats to engage in local political debates and participate in elections. Maselli holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Bologna (Italy) and pursued further training in economics at the University of Leuven (Belgium).

Gianluca Montani
Gianluca Montani is a Senior Manager Inbound Logistics at VF Corporation, leading operations and transformational projects for EMEA region.
In his role, he’s currently supporting the deployment of an AI program across the Supply Chain team aimed at augmenting people capabilities, automating tasks and enabling new value-adding data analytics and scenario building. Before joining VF, Gianluca spent 10+ years at SC Johnson, covering different regional roles within logistics, planning, customer supply chain and supply chain strategy. Gianluca holds an MSC in Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering from Polytechnic of Milan.

Guillaume Sauzedde
Guillaume Sauzedde is a seasoned logistics and supply chain executive with almost 30 years of international leadership experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. A French national based in Warsaw, he currently serves as Regional Managing Director for Europe at Maersk, overseeing the company’s largest regional market and its extensive end-to-end logistics footprint.
Guillaume joined Maersk in 2024 as Head of Logistics & Services for Europe, where he led 11 products across 30+ countries and drove integrated solutions to strengthen the company’s value proposition. In January 2026, he assumed the role of Regional Managing Director, succeeding Aymeric Chandavoine. His mandate spans transport, warehousing, contract logistics, and supply chain services, with a strong focus on resilience, customer value creation, and operational excellence.
Before joining Maersk, Guillaume built his career at CEVA Logistics, holding positions including Regional Managing Director for the Middle East & Africa and Cluster Managing Director for North-Eastern Europe, where he managed operations across more than 30 countries and led teams of up to 12,000 employees. He previously spent several years with Kuehne + Nagel, serving as Country Managing Director in Poland and Senior Vice President Contract Logistics for Central & Eastern Europe, overseeing five business units and all functional support areas.
Earlier in his career, Guillaume held management roles at CAT Groupe and contributed to logistics development across Eastern Europe. He holds a Master’s degree in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management from Université Paris Dauphine.
Fluent in French, English, and Polish, Guillaume is recognized for his multicultural leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on approach to driving transformation. He is passionate about delivering integrated, future-ready logistics solutions and building strong, trust-based relationships with customers, partners, and teams across the region.

Krishnan Srinivasan
Krishnan Srinivasan is a Senior Vice President at Maersk helping shape the future technology and artificial intelligence strategy for the company. Prior to joining Maersk, he spent seven years at retail firm Target in the US, where he helped stand up cybersecurity engineering and infrastructure teams and capabilities. Before Target, Krishnan was the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for GE Healthcare, a medical device company where he spent 15 years.
As SVP at Maersk, Krishnan is leading the Infrastructure and Architecture modernisation, driving forward the company’s strategic initiatives while embodying a commitment to innovation and growth. He is also the Chief Data Officer and leads the Global Data & Analytics (GDA) function.

Krishnan Srinivasan
Annick Verhoeven
Annick Verhoeven is a senior product and transformation leader at Maersk, with more than a decade of experience in container shipping and supply chain management and a strong focus on disruptive innovation and new business development.
She currently leads the product team behind Maersk Delivery Guarantee, an AI‑enabled, end‑to‑end solution that uses advanced data to strengthen supply chain reliability for time‑sensitive and high‑value cargo.
In her role, Annick has been instrumental in designing, developing and scaling this product, helping customers navigate uncertainty while improving planning confidence and operational performance.
Annick holds a CEMS Double Degree in International Management, Strategy and Finance from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Stockholm School of Economics.
