The event will take place at Maersk HQ, one of Copenhagen’s most recognisable corporate landmarks, located on the historic Esplanaden waterfront near the harbour. Originally completed in 1979 and later expanded and modernised, the building reflects the understated elegance and functional design principles associated with Scandinavian architecture. Copenhagen Airport is situated approximately 8 kilometres from the city centre and offers direct metro and rail services into central Copenhagen in around 12–15 minutes. From key stations such as Kongens Nytorv and Nørreport, the Maersk headquarters can be reached quickly by taxi, bicycle, harbour bus, or local public transport. The surrounding district is well connected by Copenhagen’s extensive cycling infrastructure and pedestrian-friendly streets, while nearby ferry and metro links provide convenient access across the city. Its prime waterfront location also places it within easy reach of leading hotels, restaurants, and commercial districts.
