Guillaume Sauzedde is a seasoned logistics and supply chain executive with almost 30 years of international leadership experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. A French national based in Warsaw, he currently serves as Regional Managing Director for Europe at Maersk, overseeing the company’s largest regional market and its extensive end-to-end logistics footprint.

Guillaume joined Maersk in 2024 as Head of Logistics & Services for Europe, where he led 11 products across 30+ countries and drove integrated solutions to strengthen the company’s value proposition. In January 2026, he assumed the role of Regional Managing Director, succeeding Aymeric Chandavoine. His mandate spans transport, warehousing, contract logistics, and supply chain services, with a strong focus on resilience, customer value creation, and operational excellence.

Before joining Maersk, Guillaume built his career at CEVA Logistics, holding positions including Regional Managing Director for the Middle East & Africa and Cluster Managing Director for North-Eastern Europe, where he managed operations across more than 30 countries and led teams of up to 12,000 employees. He previously spent several years with Kuehne + Nagel, serving as Country Managing Director in Poland and Senior Vice President Contract Logistics for Central & Eastern Europe, overseeing five business units and all functional support areas.

Earlier in his career, Guillaume held management roles at CAT Groupe and contributed to logistics development across Eastern Europe. He holds a Master’s degree in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management from Université Paris Dauphine.

Fluent in French, English, and Polish, Guillaume is recognized for his multicultural leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on approach to driving transformation. He is passionate about delivering integrated, future-ready logistics solutions and building strong, trust-based relationships with customers, partners, and teams across the region.
